My wife took it back there a couple months ago while I was overseas trying to keep from going to Nashville or I would've said NO WAY.
Then, of course, Leon in all his glamor changes the subject and complains about all his ailments. He always does this. Oh my foot, my rib, my back, my hair, my this and that. Whatever Leon. I told you 3 years ago if your so messed up then let the guys working for you fix the damn cars because you cause more damage then you fix.
Right back where we always end up.! Screwed! Go ahead and take it but as soon as you question the work and he starts complaining about his knee, or whatever sounds good today, then you'll remember this.
He had it alllllllll week to figure out if it needed a wheel bearing, ALLLL week!! He says that he didn't want to charge for it because it could be a cup on the tire. What!!!! They all have that. I asked why did you not rotate the tire to see if the noise followed? Uh.....well I didn't have your number to ask??! What?! Don't have her number!? What. You called her at the beginning of the week!! I said it's also on the registration or hell you could have sent a damn letter in the mail as long as you've had it!! Geeeeze man!!
Got a rental to get him to do a little troubleshooting . That was five days ago. My wife calls because the rental needs returned.
That's why we started taking it to the dealer. It's really not more expensive since he has them for days and weeks and still gets nothing done! Don't have your customers phone number!!! WTF!!
